One has to wonder at the dedication that some networks have programs that only exist for the purpose of existing. In the case of “The Curse of Oak Island,” for example, the show has been going on for six seasons with absolutely no major development regarding the treasure hunt. In “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 Episode 22, is it finally time to call it quits and go home?
As Business Times reports, there is currently some drama going on in the show involving strikes, manual labor, and basically getting no closer to finding any gold than they were when they started. In “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 Episode 22, the Lagina brothers will need to deal with these issues at once. Considering how long this has been going on, wouldn’t it be simply time to give up?
Time and time again, the show teases viewers with maddening promises about major developments with regards to the legendary buried treasure. However, aside from a few scraps of relics found on the island, there is absolutely nothing in the place that could be considered valuable. “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 Episode 22 would make far more sense if it involved simply surrendering.
Of course, with the show still attracting eyes, this is highly unlikely to happen. There is also something to be said about obsessions that consume years of one’s life. Considering how much time and effort already went into the project, “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 Episode 22 will likely go as past episodes did. The two will dig or have other people dig for them and come away empty-handed.
For those who still want to watch this show for some reason, “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 Episode 22 will be airing on April 30. At this point, there will be more drama than gold to be found.
