'Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans' release date, trailer, spoilers: Premiere coincides with SDCC 2019

People who will have access to the San Diego Comic-Con 2019 are some of the luckiest fans around the world because they get to witness several exclusive events. That includes the first-ever world premiere of “Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans.”

SDCC 2019 happens on July 18-21 at the San Diego Convention Center, and Warner Bros. has lined up a series of events and world premieres for various franchises. As for the special and first-ever screening of Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans, it happens on Sunday, July 21, at 12 p.m.

The event for “Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans” is scheduled to last until 2 p.m. because Warner Bros. will also set up a panel discussion after the movie screening. Fans will also get the chance to hear actors and producers discuss what it was like making the highly anticipated crossover movie. Joining the panel are actors that gave voices to Beast Boy (Greg Cipes), Robin (Scott Menville), Cyborg (Khary Payton), Raven (Tara Strong), Starfire (Hynden Walch), Mrs. Claus (Grey Griffin), and more “surprise guests.” The cast is also joined by the movie’s director Jeff Mednikow and screenwriters Marly Halpern-Graser and Jeremy Adams.

Aside from “Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans,” Warner Bros. will also present other world premieres throughout the SDCC 2019 week. The list includes another direct-to-video animated superhero film “Batman: Hush,” “LEGO DC: Batman – Family Matters” prior to its August release, “Scooby-Doo! Return to Zombie Island,” the horror film “The Banana Splits Movie,” and a documentary of the making of “Shazam!” among others.

The main premise of “Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans” is that various timelines and dimensions collide making the 2003 and 2013 versions of the superheroes meet at an unexpected time. They are eager to resolve the question of which version is better, but their desire to do so is interrupted when the villains from different times also arrive to end all the superheroes.

The first sneak peeks to the animated crossover film was released a few weeks ago. The release date of “Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans” is still unknown, but it is confirmed to happen sometime in fall. The movie will not get a theater release, and fans can only watch it through Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD, and digital release.
