Song Joong Ki is currently making headlines after various media outlets reported that he had found new love and dating again. It became more controversial when it was revealed that the woman is an attorney working in a law firm handling his divorce from Song Hye Kyo.

What’s more, the lady lawyer was said to have recently divorced her husband as well, and they were married for just a year. This story has been going around for days now, and the interest of the public has not dwindled even if Song Joong Ki already denied and threatened to take legal action against those who spread “malicious reports.”
“The label is making a strict warning against those who are spreading groundless speculation and false rumors about our labelmate,” Allkpop quoted the actor’s agency, History D&C, as saying via a statement. “The act of indiscriminately spreading irrelevant information and spreading it as if it were true is a clear violation of the law."
The agency also revealed that it is actively monitoring the situation to protect Song Joong Ki and prevent other parties from harm. It firmly reiterated that it would not think twice about filing criminal charges against the offenders.
The truth
Although there are some who think that it is true Song Joong Ki is dating, it is clear that the actor strongly denied the allegations. Some say that he also denied it when it was first reported that he was dating Song Hye Kyo, but they got married anyway; thus, they think the news could be true.
In any case, the actor and his agency already stated that the dating stories are false, and there is no way of contesting this now unless there are solid proofs to back the claims. Right now, there is no hard evidence for the story, and it was simply reported by the media, so this is considered as not true.
Meanwhile, prior to Song Joong Ki’s dating news, his former wife, Song Hye Kyo, was also caught in dating reports last month. She is being linked to her old flame, Hyun Bin and the news stated that the two have rekindled their romance but this is also an unproven claim.
