PepsiCo-owned brand Doritos has released a limited-edition Tangy Tamarind flavor to its US snack offering, drawing inspiration from Hispanic, Asian, and Indian dishes.
The release marks the first time a tamarind flavor, which has a kick of both heat and citrus, is available in the US from a major snack brand.
The new product is part of Doritos' 'Tangy' portfolio, which already includes Doritos Tangy Pickle and Doritos Tangy Ranch.
For a limited time only, Doritos Tangy Tamarind are currently offered in a few select US locations around the country.
