Melania Trump flew to India for a series of engagements alongside her husband, Donald Trump. But while there, the FLOTUS continued to receive criticisms.
On Tuesday, the first lady attended a happiness class that is centered on teaching students about mindfulness. While there, the FLOTUS also gave a brief speech expressing how excited she was to be in India.
“It is very inspiring for me that the students here begin each day with mindfulness. I cannot think of a better way for all of us to start our day. This is my first visit to India and I cannot express how delightful it is. The president and I are grateful to be guests,” she said.
The FLOTUS continued to push her Be Best platform while in India, and according to Political Flare, her attempts were quite laughable. After all, the first lady is married to one of the biggest bullies on social media.
On Twitter, netizens shared similar thoughts with the publication.
“Give me a break. She has no Be Best initiative. She just knows how to buy clothes, and expensive ones at that. What does she do on a daily basis in the states for bullying (her husband is the #1 offender) as part of Be Best program? I’m waiting,” Twitter user @ladyinmass said.
“Be Best is about as much of a joke as her and that #orangebuffoon are,” Twitter user @_DumpATrump_ said.
“Did she tell them if they step foot in America they could be caged? Asking for some locked up kids…” Twitter user @Texasperez82 said.
“The only thing Melania is mindful of is getting her kidneys enlarged,” Twitter user @PantalaimonSil1 said.
Meanwhile, the publication also mocked Melania’s inability to dance or move with grace. Twitter user @ANI uploaded a video of the FLOTUS clapping her hands while watching a young kid perform. However, the rhythm of her clapping is very different from everyone else.
