We all know how hard it was to say goodbye to Paul Walker the second time around, the first one being his untimely death due to a car crash and the second time with him playing Brian O'Connor (which was played by his real-life brother Cody in the remaining scenes) walking away from all those adrenaline inducing races and life threatening situations for a simpler life with his family.
Now what would you feel if a new character, which could be equally hotter and dashing like Paul Walker, join the growing ensemble of the Fast and Furious movie franchise? We are all familiar with the movie franchise surprising us every time by adding A-list Hollywood actors in their films and leaving us wanting for answers as to who the new character could be. Now what if the answer to your question is a person named Matt Damon?
At a press event in Los Angeles, Tyrese Gibson was asked on who he would want to see in the next movie, and he mentioned the likes of Brad Pitt and Denzel Washington. But he was much more enthusiastic at mentioning Matt Damon. The "Bourne" star, known for playing action-packed roles could be a great addition to the franchise. Gibson even already had a background story in mind which involves Damon being his close foster brother before getting separated. This is still a rumor though and no official confirmation has been made yet, but we'll see.
The Fast and Furious 8 is scheduled to hit the cinemas on April 14, 2017.
