It would seem that the team behind “Legends of Tomorrow” Season 4 are really going all out on coming up with the most ridiculous plotlines ever. With the finale plot being already out in the wild, a lot of fans should know what to expect from the last episode of this season, by now. It basically consists of trying to beat the main villain with a simple costume change that would not fool a child. As to what this could look like, images of the finale have been released ahead of airing.
The images basically consist of Sara (Caity Lotz), Nate (Nick Zano), and Gary Green (Adam Tsekhman) posing as three of the TV DC universe’s most iconic heroes, CBR reports. As if this was not ridiculous enough, the purpose of doing this is to supposedly unite all potential allies against a common enemy. Suffice it to say, the “Legends of Tomorrow” Season 4 is going to be a doozy of a story to tell. The synopsis for the episode certainly doesn’t help much in clearing things up.
“While on a mission to find Ray (Brandon Routh), Constantine (Matt Ryan) and Nora (Courtney Ford) discover Neron's evil plan. Nate (Nick Zano) convinces the Legends to think outside the box and suggests a dangerous plan to unite magical creatures and people to save the world. Caity Lotz, Dominic Purcell, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Tala Ashe, Jes Macallan, and Ramona Young also star,” the synopsis reads.
Clearly, there is something more to this plan than meets the eye. At least one can only hope that this is the case because there is simply no excusing how stupid the trio look in their ill-fitting costumes. Anyone even remotely paying attention would immediately recognize the farce right away. If this isn’t brought up during the “Legends of Tomorrow” Season 4 finale on May 20, it would be quite the oversight.
