Kanye West heartbreak: Kim Kardashian's husband labeled as the world's most difficult 'diva', toxic boss

Working for billionaire rapper Kanye West can be very toxic. This, according to an ex-employee who talked to Life & Style in its June 8, 2020 issue.

The source added that there is no talking to Kanye because he thinks that he is right about everything.

The former employee described him to Life & Style as not only a diva but as the most difficult diva to work for.

Steve Stanulis, a former bodyguard, claimed that he was dismissed as the rapper's security detail because he had talked to Kanye's wife, reality star Kim Kardashian.

Just recently, it was reported that the Kimye couple had served Stanulis with a cease-and-desist order for talking about his experience while working for them on the podcast, Hollywood Raw, last month.

They threatened him with a lawsuit for violating an agreement that he had signed while working for them.

However, Stanulis’ rep argued that his client did not violate anything as he was talking about something that has already been talked about previously. He was not revealing anything but only recalling what was already said in the past.

During the podcast, Stanulis talked about the "ridiculous" rules that he had to follow as Kanye's security detail one of which was he had always to be 10 steps behind him. Once, Stanulis claimed that Kanye had ripped at him for being in his photo.

The ex-employee further told Life & Style that Kanye has many people giving him advice but he hardly listens to them. Not only that, if he does not agree with what is being said, he also will not hesitate to fire who said it.

What makes it more difficult working for Kanye is that he has this kind of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thing going on, said the source, adding that his mood changes so fast that it is hard to tell what mood he would be in.

These rumors about Kanye’s attitude is nothing new. Former employees have been dishing about it and, of course, no one would admit that they are difficult to work with. Unless they go on record, there is no way of knowing if they are telling the truth.
