When it comes to the tabloid media, no depth is too low to sink to just to rile up the fan base or the critics of popular people with the most ridiculous stories they can come up with. In the case of Jennifer Aniston, for example, outlets have been publishing report after report about the actress dating multiple men. Regardless of how steady and strong the “Horrible Bosses” star is in reality; the tabloid media still keep depicting her as a man-eater.
As Gossip Cop points out, for example, Jennifer Aniston has been linked to actor Will Arnett last year by multiple outlets. The “Arrested Development” star was not the only one within the period to have been suggested as a romantic partner for the actress, either. Since her split from ex-husband Justin Theroux or even during their marriage, stories about the Aniston being with other men kept coming out.
Of course, this is nothing new in Hollywood since paparazzi and the tabloid media have always made it their mission to make the lives of famous people as miserable as possible. However, Jennifer Aniston has been a particular favorite by outlets to be made out as an easy mark for men. This is evidenced by the numerous stories of her being in a relationship with so many different faces and names.
Jennifer Aniston is certainly not the only female actress to suffer from this kind of treatment, but it is telling how strong, independent women are often seen as worthy targets of misogyny. These kinds of stories are typical of outlets that simply cannot abide a woman who can live without a man for any period of time.
This is why Jennifer Aniston is often a target of such fallacious stories and will continue to be so for the years to come. Even if she does end up settling down with someone, the tabloid media will still end up fabricating stories about her, anyway.
