Honda Cars India will soon stop producing the 4th generation Honda City, Jazz, and WR-V.
The company is yet to make an official announcement about the plan.
The production of Jazz will cease after October 2022, while that of the WR-V will be stopped after March 2023.
The 4th generation Honda City, one of the company's most popular cars, will be discontinued after December 2022.
However, the recently released 5th generation of the Honda City will continue to be available in the Indian market.
Consequently, Honda will have just three models to offer in the Indian market, including the Amaze and Hybrid City, which like the 5th generation Honda City are sedans.
But Honda has confirmed the launch of a mid-sized SUV in India in 2023, which may be offered in a hybrid setup apart from diesel and petrol variants.
