“Haikyuu” chapter 399 is expected to be exciting since it is a do or die game for Kageyama and his Schweiden Adler’s team. The Black Jackals and Adlers are now playing in the fourth set, and the former is leading the scoreboard with two wins versus the latter’s one win.
Wakatoshi Ushijima, the Adler’s hitter, is also on full blast against Hinata as he has been playing really good in the sets. They have already played three sets, and the fourth game would decide if the Adlers will still continue with game five, or they will stop in this game as the losers.
The win in this match is very important for as this is Hinata’s first pro-player game. Surely, this is important for Kageyama, too, so the readers can see a really tough game ahead.
Chapter recap
In “Haikyuu” chapter 398 titled “He Who Would Climb a Ladder Must Begin at the Bottom,” Hinata and Ushijima’s team-up has been praised as they proved to be a perfect pair. Hinata also showed great improvements in his game, and apparently, he improved a lot after training and playing overseas.
Although Hinata’s height has always been getting attention and made other players underestimate him, he makes it up by showing powerful plays and amazing skills. In fact, in the end, his teammates and even his opponents acknowledged that he is one of the leagues’ best players.
