HMC HealthWorks Selects Medecision to Enhance Clinical Workflows, Utilization Management and Employee Engagement

Targeting meaningful behavior change through patient-centered care management workflows will help HMC HealthWorks strengthen clinical integration across its network, particularly between its behavioral health and disease management business lines.
