Denmark GDP posted -0.1% growth rate in Q3 2015 after the for seasonal fluctuations and price changes are adjusted.
The sluggish growth rate export sector could not offset by the better performance of domestic consumer spending in the quarter. Similar to the exports, public consumption also reduced.
"Indeed, we expect GDP growth to return over coming quarters, driven by a recovery across Europe, although today's subdued numbers indicate that overall GDP growth will probably not reach our forecasts of 1.6% for 2015 and 1.9% for 2016", says Danske Bank in a research note.
