NEW YORK, Aug. 28, 2017 -- On August 24, 2017, the Board of Directors of CM Finance Inc (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:CMFN) declared a distribution for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 of $0.25 per share payable on October 5, 2017 to shareholders of record as of September 8, 2017.
