Are you all excited for the premiere of the hit TV series and A&E’s hit “Psycho” prequel ‘Bates Motel’? I am pretty sure you are all packed up and ready to check in to the place and watch how the fourth season will go. So to make yourselves ready, here are some spoilers for you to read on.
According to the episode description for the Season 4 premiere, Norma will be out searching her son. Norman will be disoriented and find himself in “unfamiliar surroundings.” Meanwhile, Dylan will be waiting for word on how Emma’s surgery went, and Romero will get a “surprising proposition.”
As for Norman’s mother, in a recent visit to the set of the A&E series, Vera Farmiga talked with members of the press and revealed that her character, Norma, is also getting some sort of help from a new character in the new season.
“This is an introduction to a new character that I’m taking on,” she explained. “She is a playground. I think Norma Bates is always rooted in striving for integrity, and I think [Mother Norma] is a little more devilish.”
And with a new season comes new faces to welcome for us all. Jaime Ray Newman (“Wicked City”) will be recurring as a woman named Rebecca Hamilton. Rebecca will certainly be shaking things up for White Pine Bay since she’s an “old flame” of Romero’s. Deadline reveals that she’s “still very much in love” with the sheriff.
Damon Gupton (“The Player”) is also joining the series in a recurring role. He’ll be portraying Dr. Gregg Edwards, a resident doctor at Pineview Mental Institution. “Bates Motel” viewers can’t forget that Pineview is the same place where Norma looked into getting Norman admitted last season.
Stay tuned as “Bates Motel” Season 4 premieres on A&E on Monday, March 7, at 9 p.m. EST.
