It has been weeks since Apple announced the Apple Watch Series 7, but the product remains a subject of leaks. Several live photos allegedly showing the product have emerged online, giving tech fans more idea of how its larger, curvier screen would look in the real world.
Before the said leak appeared online, Apple fans had only seen the Apple Watch Series 7 in official marketing renders and promo videos. The photos, which MacRumors say came from a network carrier employee, show how the home screen, QWERTY keys, and a Settings menu would look on the redesigned display.

The images match Apple’s previous descriptions that say the full screen will show apps and watch faces extending to the curvature of the Apple Watch Series 7’s casing. Similar to the promo images, the bezels are still noticeable on the sides of the display, but they are significantly narrower than the 2020 Apple Watch.
The Apple Watch Series 7 is, technically, a redesigned product. But before it was officially announced, the device was widely rumored to have flat edges. Not only did Apple maintain a curved form factor, but the company also said during the September launch event that the watch has “more rounded and softer corners.” And the latest leak further confirms that description.
The redesigned display is not the only new feature to expect from the Apple Watch Series 7. The company said the watch has a 50% thicker front crystal compared to the Apple Watch Series 6. It also received an IP6X rating for its dust and water resistance capabilities.
The upcoming watch is advertised to last up to 18 hours on a single charge and is expected to charge 33% faster than its predecessor. Apple has not specifically named the Apple Watch Series 7 chipset, but it appears that it would use the same processor as the Apple Watch 6.
Apple has not announced yet when the Apple Watch Series 7 will become available. On its official website, the device is said to arrive “later this fall.” But Jon Prosser recently reported that Apple could open the pre-order page within this week while the initial shipping dates could be slated in mid-October.
