Burger King Japan will be reviving its all-you-can-eat "Super One Pound Beef Burger the Challenge" for a limited time and at limited locations.
The all-you-can-eat "Super One Pound Beef Burger The Challenge" event will be held at six Burger King stores: Roppongi, Machida Joruna, Kawasaki Zero Gate, Funabashi, Omiya Nishiguchi, and Funaba Minami Kyuhoji.
Those who wish to join must buy a ticket at the official event website in advance.
Each participant must pay 2,900 yen, and they have a 45-minute time limit to finish the monstrous Maximum Super One Pound Beef Burger. Once a burger is finished, they can ask for seconds. Each location's best eater will receive an invitation to a celebration on August 7.
Participants will be given celebratory shirts and stickers as well.
Those intimidated by the all-you-can-eat challenge can try the Maximum Super One Pound Beef Burger on its own from July 8th-July 28th at Burger Kings across the country independent of the event.
It is priced at 2,100 yen a la carte or 2,400 yen in a set.
