(NASDAQ: TRVG) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year for the period ended December 31, 2016 on February 24, 2017. On the same day, trivago N.V.'s management will conduct a webcast beginning at 2:00 PM CET / 8:00 AM Eastern Time. These items will be available in the Investor Relations section of the company's website at http://ir.trivago.com. A replay of the call is expected to be available for at least three months.
In addition, Expedia, Inc., trivago N.V.'s majority shareholder, will release its financial results and conduct a webcast on February 9, 2017 beginning at 1:30 PM Pacific Time / 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
