iCIMS, Inc., the industry’s leading standalone talent acquisition software provider, announced today the company will partner with ADP to become a featured integration within their Marketplace.
ADP Marketplace is a cloud-based app store designed to help employers dynamically manage an ecosystem of enterprise applications from ADP and world-class partners. This enables companies of all sizes to extend the value of their workforce solutions seamlessly across their entire organization via a secure, single sign-on process.
The forthcoming integration is expected to allow for the transfer of all relevant data related to a person’s profile between the ADP and iCIMS platforms. This could include information related to a candidate’s progress throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, a current employee’s contact and employment information and job search history by location. Furthermore, the data flow may include job templates, which contain a job title and description, and imported jobs and requisitions that can be posted to career portals and job boards, making the hiring process easier for recruiters.
“Our alliance with ADP is a big win for the HR and IT leaders of mid-sized companies seeking to pair their powerhouse HRIS and payroll system alongside the industry’s leading standalone talent acquisition software provider,” said Mike Wilczak, senior vice president of corporate development at iCIMS. “Organizations who value recruitment understand that best of breed software is necessary to attract, screen, and manage new talent. Soon, iCIMS will be more readily available to thousands of customers already benefiting from ADP’s existing suite of HCM solutions. We look forward to partnering with these organizations to drive their hiring success,” concluded Wilczak.
