Peter is a Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University. His main research interests lie in stress and burnout, particularly in the field of sports coaching. He completed his PhD in 2012, and is currently collaborating with colleagues from Sweden and the USA on further research in this area. Peter gained his status as a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) in 2010, and is an active sport psychology consultant, working with athletes and teams in a variety of sports.
