Caroline Lancelot Miltgen is Professor in Marketing at Audencia Business School, France. Her research interests include information privacy, e-commerce and digital services, and advertising and technology acceptance.
She was the leader and principal investigator of two research contracts funded by the European Commission on 'Privacy and electronic identification systems' (2007) and 'Personal data Identity Management' (2009).
Prof. Lancelot Miltgen is the author of several academic articles and book chapters in the field of Information Systems and Marketing. She published in high-ranking academic journals such as the European Journal of Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Information and Management and the Journal of Business Research.
