The “World of Warcraft” classic remained to be popular despite hundreds of games being introduced by game developers. It is still considered as the most favorite MMO that is why Blizzard Entertainment continues to develop the game by introducing new patch notes.
In fact, recently, the game developer company released the “World of Warcraft” classic’s patch notes 8.1 called the “Tides of Vengeance.” According to Tom’s Hardware, this proved to be a great update because it did not just improved the gameplay but made processors run faster as well.
In particular, the publication mentioned that the “World of Warcraft” classic’s new update perked up the performance of AMD Ryzen CPUs using the DX12 API at 1080p. AMD shared that Ryzen processors are now optimized for both Alliance and Horde in “WoW.”
Moreover, the AMD performance was said to have become faster by as much as 35 percent. Based on the microprocessors maker’s own benchmarks, the “World of Warcraft” classic’s “Tides of Vengeance” 8.1 patch notes made the Ryzen processors gained an average of up to 58.1 frame rates compared to the previous of just 43.2 fps.
Meanwhile, the “World of Warcraft” classic Patch Notes 8.1 arrived late last year and it brought improvements such as the continuation of the war campaign, heritage armor for blood elves and dwarves, paragon reputation rewards, Saurfang and Tyrande questlines, new island expeditions and vendor and incursions which works like the Legion Invasions where a zone is attacked and the player must complete four World Quests and defeat an enemy’s commander.
The other things that gamers will get for installing the update for “World of Warcraft” classic includes, account-wide reputation credit and transmogs, account-wide flight Paths, new Darkshore warfront, and the Darkshore Overworld revamp with new Battle for Darkshore warfront vendor. Finally, there will be changes in class, leveling, and champions of Azeroth reputation changes
