IRVINE, Calif., April 11, 2018 -- Working Wardrobes, an award-winning, entrepreneurial nonprofit organization helping men, women, young adults and veterans overcome difficult challenges to achieve dignity through work, today announced the addition of Winfred “Freddy” Cameron as vice president of business development. As a retail operations expert with nearly two decades of leadership experience in nonprofit and for-profit work, Cameron will focus on creating new corporate sponsorships to continually improve annual giving, and will be responsible for leading the retail, distribution and donation operations.

Prior to Working Wardrobes, Cameron served as senior director of operations at The Salvation Army and was responsible for improving profitability, efficiency and driving new business. He also served as director of operations for two of the nation's largest big box retailers – Sam’s Club and Costco.

Cameron is a member of the World Chamber of Commerce and is a guest speaker for some of the largest retail conferences in the U.S. For two seasons, Cameron served as the co-host, judge and retail expert on The CW Network’s television series "Hatched," where he provided retail advice to entrepreneurs pitching their products to a panel of industry judges.
Graduating with honors, Cameron earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from American Public University in Charles Town, West Virginia.
