ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 09, 2017 -- Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ:WLTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced that it has received a perfect score of 100% on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation administered the survey.

The 2018 Corporate Equality Index evaluated LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. Willis Towers Watson’s efforts in satisfying all of the Corporate Equality Index’s criteria resulted in a 100% ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
