LAFAYETTE, Ind., July 21, 2017 -- Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC), a diversified industrial manufacturer and North America’s leading producer of semi-trailers and liquid transportation systems, today announced an agreement with Summit Truck Group to provide sales, parts, and service for Wabash National® dry and refrigerated van trailers and truck bodies, as well as Transcraft® and Benson® platform trailers in select areas of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Summit Truck Group is one of the largest commercial truck dealer groups in the US, operating 32 locations across the Southwestern US.

Between the end of July and August 31, 2017, Summit Truck Group will facilitate the transition of two Wabash National Trailer Centers in Dallas and San Antonio, Texas, to independent dealer facilities operated by Summit. The newly acquired locations will add to the geographic footprint of Summit Truck Group’s 13 existing locations in Texas and Oklahoma that will sell and service Wabash National vans and truck bodies. Transcraft and Benson products will be stocked and sold at authorized locations in both Dallas and San Antonio.
