VirTra’s stock will begin trading on the OTCQX under its current ticker symbol "VTSI" at the market opening, tomorrow, December 1, 2016.
To qualify for the OTCQX Best Market, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, demonstrate compliance with U.S. securities laws, be current in their disclosure, and be sponsored by a professional third-party advisor.
