As stated in a press release dated August 24, 2017, V Group announced its intention to spin-off Leaf of Faith creating a separate Publicly Trading Company in which V Group shareholders will participate in the offering.
V Group, Inc. is prepared to announce the ratio in which V Group shareholders will be rewarded for their participation.
For every 12 shares of V Group, Inc. that are held by a shareholder on October 31, 2017, the participating shareholder will receive 1 share of Leaf of Faith.
V Group, Inc. is working diligently with all agencies and parties to complete the transaction as soon as possible. The Company will be announcing the share structure and the ticker symbol as soon as they are approved.
Leaf of Faith is the producer and marketer of Patience CBD Drinks. Patience CBD Drinks is poised to be a leader in the rapidly growing CBD market.
