HAMPTON, N.H., Oct. 19, 2016 -- Unitil Corporation (NYSE:UTL) (www.unitil.com) today announced that its Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.355 per share, payable on November 28, 2016, to shareholders of record on November 14, 2016. This quarterly dividend results in a current effective annual dividend rate of $1.42 per share.
