(TSX:TNP) (NYSE-MKT:TAT) (the “Company” or “TransAtlantic”) today announced that it expects to issue its earnings release for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016, and to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016, after the market closes on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. The Company also announced that it will present at the IPAA New York oil and gas conference.
