PHILADELPHIA and IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 25, 2016 -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that Tom Bogard, P.E., an Executive Consultant with Hill’s Project Management Group, was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Orange County Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
This prestigious award was established to recognize and honor outstanding civil engineering leaders whose lifetime accomplishments and achievements have made significant contributions in design, construction, government, education or management. The award was presented to Bogard on February 18, 2016 at the branch’s annual awards gala held in Laguna Beach, California.
Bogard has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry providing program, project and construction management services. He has led public and private engineering organizations in transportation, public works and land development projects, specializing in major, complex transportation projects across Southern California. Bogard earned both his B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering from California State University at Long Beach as well as an engineering management certificate from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a registered professional engineer in California and New Mexico.
