Cole Bredthauer, Oil, Gas, and Energy, Fort Worth:
Cole focuses his practice on transactions in the oil and gas industry, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions of E&P and midstream assets and companies. Cole has been selected for inclusion in “Top Attorneys” by Fort Worth, Texas magazine (2015-2017).
Benjamin B. Hallmark, Government and Regulatory, Austin:
Ben focuses his practice on administrative law and litigation matters, including contested cases before state agencies such as the Public Utility Commission of Texas. He has represented clients in a wide range of litigation and appellate matters involving energy issues, deceptive trade practice claims, trade secrets, and other complex commercial issues.
Conrad Hester, Trial, Fort Worth:
Conrad focuses his practice on oil and gas litigation. His expertise includes contract disputes, royalty litigation, lease termination and title suits, surface access, and surface damages disputes. Additionally, he has experience drafting and negotiating leases, deeds, and exploration, production, and operational agreements. Conrad also represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. He has been selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars® by Thomson Reuters (2017) and “Top Attorneys” by Fort Worth, Texas magazine (2017).
Nathan D. Meredith, Corporate and Securities, Dallas:
Nathan focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets and companies. He has been selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars® by Thomson Reuters (2016-2017).
Michelle Vincent Parker, Real Estate and Banking, Dallas:
Michelle focuses her practice on commercial real estate and banking, which includes interim, permanent, and construction financing related to loans secured by commercial real estate, including retail, office, multifamily, and seniors housing projects. Her experience includes representation of lenders in connection with loan assumptions, workouts, and modifications, foreclosure proceedings, and REO sales. She has also represented clients in connection with the sale of distressed debt and the acquisition of collateral through foreclosure. In addition, Michelle’s practice also involves the representation of real estate developers and landowners in connection with the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of commercial real estate projects.
