Newark, NJ, June 29, 2017 -- Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys who join the firm following its recent launch as a litigation boutique that serves as national, regional and local counsel for many national and international corporations in matters ranging from product liability and catastrophic injury to environmental and toxic tort litigation.

Robert Gilmartin, Jr., Marina McGuire, Pamela Kaplan and Arshia Hourizadeh add to the firm’s depth in providing services to a variety of industries including automotive, medical device, pharmaceutical, construction and mining, energy, transportation and chemicals and coatings. The additions bring Tanenbaum Keale’s total attorney count to 20 lawyers working from three offices in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Robert Gilmartin, Jr.
Gilmartin joins as counsel, and has more than 20 years of experience working in litigation matters including, but not limited to, asbestos, construction and pharmaceutical litigation, with experience in product liability. Prior to joining Tanenbaum Keale, Gilmartin served as Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, and was an attorney member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Ethics Committee from 2012 through 2016.
Marina McGuire
McGuire is a seasoned attorney with more than 10 years of experience. She focuses her practice on product liability and environmental and toxic tort litigation. Previously, she was concentrated on the defense of large companies involved in complex litigation, including but not limited to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in both federal and state court. McGuire worked at Sedgwick LLP for more than 10 years.
Pamela Kaplan
Kaplan joins Tanenbaum Keale as an associate and focuses her practice on asbestos, environmental, and toxic tort litigation. Before joining Tanenbaum Keale, Kaplan served as a litigator in product liability defense, insurance defense, asbestos and toxic tort litigation at Porzio Bromberg and Newman. Kaplan is co-editor of the DRI Young Lawyers Steering Committee online publication, and served as article editor for Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender while attending Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law.
Arshia Hourizadeh
Hourizadeh is a litigator who is experienced in commercial litigation and joins the firm as an associate. He previously served at Mischel and Horn for two years. He was a clerk for Hon. Schlomo S. Hagler and Hon. Carol R. Edmead at the New York State Supreme Court. Hourizadeh was recognized as a 2016 New York Metro Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
