HAMILTON, Bermuda, Jan. 02, 2018 -- Syncora Holdings Ltd. ("SHL") today announced, effective December 31, 2017, the successful merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, Syncora Capital Assurance Inc. (“SCAI”), with and into its wholly owned subsidiary, Syncora Guarantee Inc. ("SGI"), with SGI being the surviving entity.
