(Nasdaq:SSH) announced today that on May 4, 2017, the Company was formally notified by The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement and is in compliance with all other applicable requirements for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. As a result of the foregoing, the Nasdaq listing matter has been closed.
