Sparks’ appointment as President marks a strategic move by Steeped Tea Founders, Tonia and Hatem Jahshan, and executive team to engage a visionary leader with a wealth of business knowledge and acumen to take the company to the next level. A born and raised Calgarian with over 30 years of direct selling experience, Sparks has a track record for producing impressive results and brings a wealth of leadership experience. Her background includes appointments as President of Partylite Canada, International VP of Sales and Marketing at Watkins Incorporated and several leadership roles with US and Canadian companies.
