Adrian Velicescu, Founder/CEO and Chief Creative Officer along with Brad Gwinn, Chief Operations Officer, will continue to serve in their current roles and maintain substantial ownership stakes in the Company. Additionally, Efthimios “Thimio” P. Sotos is joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer.
