TYLER, Texas, Feb. 11, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of Southside Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ:SBSI), parent company of Southside Bank declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share. The cash dividend is payable to common stock shareholders of record February 25, 2016. The cash dividend is scheduled for payment on March 10, 2016.
