(NASDAQ:SOHO) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, a record date of September 30, 2016 for the quarterly cash dividend of $0.211110 per share of beneficial interest of the Company’s 8.0% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock. The quarterly dividend will be paid on October 17, 2016 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2016.
