Small Business Sought To Provide Large Weed-sprayer on Federal Contract for the Department of Forestry in Idaho

Boise, Idaho, March 12, 2018 --

The Department of Forestry is taking quotes from small businesses to provide a 250- to 300-gallon weed-sprayer in Idaho's Panhandle National Forest. Quotes are only being considered from small businesses in the "Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing" North American Industry Classification Code. The last day a business can submit a quote is March 19, 2018. The specifications for the weed-sprayer are found on the federal business opportunity solicitation. Businesses will see on the solicitation that the device must have a nine-horsepower motor, a 600ft nylon hose, a spray gun, a polyethylene tank, a rinse tank for hand washing, two marine grade aluminum toolboxes and other more technical specifications.
