(NYSE: SALT) (“Scorpio Bulkers” or the “Company”) announced today that Scorpio Services Holding Limited (“SSH”) has purchased 350,000 common shares of the Company at an average price of $7.19 per share in the open market. SSH owns a total of 13,977,513 common shares or approximately 18.5% of the Company.
