"We needed to find an alternative approach to weighing our patients that would provide greater accuracy, repeatability, and ease of use for our staff," said John Kitterman, Director of Purchasing at Life Care Centers of America. "The SR725i-L wheelchair scale from SR Scales is ideal for our facilities, providing the quality, accuracy, and long-term reliability we need, while allowing our staff to comfortably weigh our patients."
SR Scales’ portable wheelchair scale, model SR725i-L, enables patients in wheelchairs, including bariatric wheelchairs, to easily fit on the scale’s platform to obtain weight data. The scale’s aluminum design is lighter than steel-based models, enabling easier transportation of the scale throughout a facility. In addition, the scale’s digital display mast folds down flat against the base platform, requiring minimal storage space while keeping the hallways clear for safety. Rounding out the feature set of the scale is its 1,000 pound capacity and four year product warranty.
Facility managers, planners, and nursing supervisors needing more information on the SR-725i-L can find additional resources including a product video at http://bit.ly/SR725i-info.
SR Instruments will be demonstrating the SR725i-L and other SR Scales at the following events:
