WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 17, 2017 -- SPAR Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:SGRP), a leading supplier of retail merchandising and other marketing services throughout the United States and internationally, today announced that, Scott Popaditch, the Company's CEO, has resigned from the Company effective May 15, 2017. SPAR Group's Board of Directors has begun the search for a replacement.
Effective immediately, current Chief Operating Officer, Kori G. Belzer, will serve as interim-CEO. Ms. Belzer has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2004, and has served in multiple operating and client service leadership roles at SPAR Group for 25 years.
