Zack Moxcey Named Vice President, Investor Relations
Shannon O’Callaghan Named Vice President of Finance
SARASOTA, Fla., June 13, 2017 -- Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:ROP), a diversified technology company, today announced the appointment of two executives to its finance team.
Zack Moxcey has been named Vice President, Investor Relations. Mr. Moxcey joins Roper from Microsoft where he was Director, Investor Relations, focused on the Cloud & Enterprise and Applications & Services engineering groups. He also served at Microsoft as Group Finance Manager, Office Division and Senior Finance Manager, Enterprise & Partner Group. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Moxcey was a consultant with Silver Oak Solutions and an investment banker with Piper Jaffray. Mr. Moxcey received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Shannon O’Callaghan has been named Vice President of Finance. Shannon joins Roper from UBS Securities where he was a Managing Director and Senior Analyst covering the Electrical Equipment & Multi-Industry sector. He previously served in similar capacities at Nomura Securities International, CLSA, and Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers. Shannon is a CFA charterholder and received a BA in English and MA in Sociology/Political Economy from Boston College, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
