STATE COLLEGE, Pa., July 20, 2017 -- Rex Energy Corporation (Nasdaq:REXX) today announced that the Board of Directors of Rex Energy Corporation has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $150.00 per share of its 6.0% Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock (equivalent to $1.50 per depository share, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock). As a result, on August 15, 2017, a cash dividend of $150.00 per share (equivalent to $1.50 per depository share) will be paid to holders of record as of the close of business on August 1, 2017.
