Poland Q2 GDP growth likely to be slightly lower

It is quite likely that Poland's domestic factors (both private consumption and investment) are still responsible for economic activity in Poland. A decline can be seen in the contribution of net exports to Q2 GDP growth and in inventories.

"Poland's Q2 GDP growth is expected to be 3.3% yoy and 0.9% qoq, in line with flash estimates and the market consensus. ", says Societe Generale.

GUS will publish Q2 GDP components.

"Overall 2015 GDP growth is expected to be slightly above the Finance Ministry's forecast of 3.4% yoy", Societe Generale added.
