This annual black-tie gala brings together leaders in the hospitality industry to award product innovation, performance and for attaining high guest satisfaction ratings throughout the previous calendar year. The award winners, who are considered the ”best of the best” in the travel industry, undergo stringent product analysis, on-site visits, travel agent surveys and online research to be considered for nomination.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun was awarded “Best New Resort in Mexico.”
