Franklin, and Berggruen Holdings, Ltd. (“Berggruen Holdings”). Mr. Franklin and Berggruen Holdings each purchased 500,000 shares. Nicolas Berggruen, a director of Platform, is one of the directors of Berggruen Holdings. Yesterday, Mr. Franklin filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission announcing these open market purchases.
