LIVERMORE, Calif., July 13, 2017 -- Performant Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:PFMT), a leading provider of technology-enabled recovery and related analytics services in the United States, today announced that Hakan Orvell, Chief Financial Officer, has taken a leave of absence, effective immediately, due to a health condition. During the leave of absence, Lisa Im, Chief Executive Officer, and Ian Johnston, Chief Accounting Officer, will assume Mr. Orvell's management duties while remaining in their current positions.
