ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., July 11, 2017 -- Paylocity Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:PCTY), a provider of payroll and human capital management (HCM) software solutions, unveiled today its Compliance Dashboard, a data-driven platform designed to help clients maintain the health of their HR compliance data by surfacing key information and allowing users to take action on missing, necessary documentation. The dashboard also provides ways to be proactive with aspects of compliance such as required training, work authorization, document acknowledgement, and electronic signature collection.
“Maintaining compliance with ever-changing state and federal regulations is a critical function for human resources professionals, yet many are still managing these processes with pen and paper,” said Steve Beauchamp, President and Chief Executive Officer at Paylocity. “Paylocity’s Compliance Dashboard simplifies recordkeeping by managing and collecting documents, creating a transparent and proactive compliance management process. It is really exciting to offer such a robust solution that gives our clients confidence in their compliance data.”
The Compliance Dashboard reduces HR professionals’ reliance on completing and storing paper documents to manage their data efficiently as well as provides rich compliance content for required employee and supervisor training. Specifically, clients will be able to:
- Manage I-9 work authorizations by capturing I-9s electronically for new hires, view I-9 data fields to log and track data, and monitor work authorizations that may require re-verification
- Proactively manage employee policy acknowledgement and signature collection for items such as employee handbooks, possession of company property, etc. with the ability to target employee subgroups
- Assign and track interactive online courses for compliance with required sexual harassment employee and supervisor training, as well as cyber security awareness
