(OTC: NRIS) (the "Company"), an oil exploration and production company, today announced that, effective February 26, 2018, the Company has changed its name from International Western Petroleum, Inc. to Norris Industries, Inc., to reflect the future directions of the business as new management begins to expand its operations.
In addition to the name change, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved 'NRIS' as the Company's new ticker symbol.
